Location unique. Great view of the Bay. Nice to able to listen to the sea even during the night. Plenty of restaurants close by, whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

“Excellent Value For Money”

Romina was so helpful with directions on where to collect the key and allowing us an early start to our holiday. The apartment is superbly located, with views over the sea, and is fully soundproofed. Considering there is a busy restaurant downstairs, we didn't hear a sound. There are plenty of towels and crockery. Local supermarket within 3 mins walk to purchase shower gel, water, and basic amenities. The key is attached, securely, to a key card to stop misuse of air con when you're out of the apartment. The timer could be a bit longer, had a laugh trying to lock the door in the dark but we managed. Before we had even left, we booked again for next year.

The host was attentive, helpful, went the extra mile to meet us and make us welcome. The location was, arguably, the best view of Xlendi Bay possible so sitting on our balcony to eat our meals and watch the water was wonderful. The apartment is, literally, on the waterfront. The air conditioning was great in the bedroom and, since we were there in October, the ceiling fan in the living room was enough to keep us comfortable. The kitchen was adequate and spotless with tea bags, coffee, sugar, paper towels and dish soap supplied. Milk, bread, etc. was easily purchased from the small shop with everything one could need just a few doors down. The bathroom was spotless and the bed was very comfortable for two large people. It is about the size of an American Queen or British King. The two apartments owned by this hostess were on the first floor and there is a lift from the ground floor. I have a small travel mobility scooter which (barely) fit into the lift but the bay area itself can be challenging for mobility scooters. There is little to do in Xlendi but to relax and go to one of the several excellent restaurants and shop or two, but there is a kitchen table where my husband could work and I could organize taxi's and tours. It is relaxing and nothing in Gozo is too far away. There is a TV with all channels in the living room area including Netflix and YouTube. There is free wifi. The apartment is over a great restaurant so if you love the smells of cooking of different cultures, like we do, open the balcony doors and enjoy! If not, closing the door eliminates the cooking aromas and the sound of the ocean and soft conversations at the restaurants below.

very enjoyable stay the flat was comfortable and clean. The only complaint is the main entrance to the street. We are an elderly couple and my wife has mobility issues. To enter the property you have climb a rather high step or access from the main entrance of the restaurant next door; who also have a rather high step. It is also inconvenient for the restaurant staff who have to rush in and out when busy and have to keep a chiller on the step. I say this as an ex waiter of about 15 years experience.

“Great views of Xlendi Bay”

Loved the location. We could see the bay from our balcony. Parking in the car park behind the precinct was good. With the island being as small as it is, it didn’t take very long to get anywhere from Xlendi. The apartment was comfortable and clean and fairly quiet.

The apartment was clean, well furnished with fhe kitchen was complete. The site is on the seafront.

The apartment was in the best location and plenty of room. As soon as we arrived, we knew we would want to come and stay again. Absolutely perfect for us!

Fantastic location, lovely spacious clean apartment. Aircon in the bedroom and fan in the living area. Balcony and drying rack. Quite a busy place and directly above a restaurant but not too noisy due to good double glazing.
