“What a beautiful location near Xanten!”
A beautiful remote location 10 minutes from Xanten. The apartment is beautifully decorated. We'd loved the flower garden and the friendliness of the hostess Dorothee. The kitchen is well equipped, and the seating area is comfortable. The location has several apartments, but they are in different areas of the building so no problem at all: lots of privacy. The location can be reached using gravel roads. The house was very clean, the shower was good, and the beds slept very well. The bedroom windows have fly screens installed.

The owner was very nice and very helpful. Great to deal with. The location is very peaceful and the premises is of a high standard. The location is within driving distance of local amenities. Would highly recommend for anyone staying short term or long term.

“Wonderful and Relaxing”
We had a wonderful stay, the location is beautiful, and so relaxing. The apartment was very clean, and had so much to offer. We loved all the little touches, like the fresh flowers & chocolates. Our children loved having the freedom to play on all the park equipment, and enjoyed being with the four farm cats and seeing the chickens. The host was so kind and not only left fresh eggs on our doorstep (which were delicious), but also let our children play on a go-kart. We have already booked to return. It’s a perfect place to relax and to have as a base to explore the pretty surrounding area.
