Everything , seriously zero complaints!!! The place was spotless, the room was lovely, the staff were extra nice and accommodating, the location is located in a quiet area so u can really relax!!! Breakfast was fresh and ample! 5 stars and keep up the good work ❤️❤️

Excellent hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and great facilities. The location was convenient, and everything was well maintained throughout my stay. I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I would be happy to stay here again in the future.

The pool in the was the right size. The management was so nice and so was the staff. The room was also really tidy and clean when we entered. The food was really good aswell.

“Excellent Service and a Pleasant Stay.”
Customer service was excellent. As there was no physical reception, I was initially a little nervous, especially as I was travelling with two children. However, the service was very efficient. Although we had an issue accessing the room, it was resolved within minutes. A person named Zoe was extremely helpful and efficient, always replying within minutes whenever we had a question. Breakfast was also good, and the room was clean.

“Book it! Exceptional!”
From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded every possible expectation. We travel frequently for leisure, and it is incredibly rare to find a property where absolutely everything goes right when it comes to location not too far but distance enough for experience, cost, breakfast and communication. This place nailed it. The room and bathroom were spotless including the pool. 10/10. The view from the pool to the street was lovely ao we were able to relax in the pool and look over in the street especially at nights it was a vibe. Privacy is top tier! Our rooms were cleanes when we left to go sporting. Lol when we went to our second accommodation we kept comparing it to Segond and preferred Segond!

The room had a strong smell of humidity, the bed sheets were dirty, and hair bands left behind by previous guests were found in the bathroom, indicating that it had not been properly cleaned. In addition, the gypsum/plaster in the room was wet and dirty, and the outdoor area near the pool was poorly maintained and unclean. Breakfast was a disaster, no choice whatsoever and practically half empty when we got there at 8.30am. We were also unable to get assistance during our stay, as the emergency contact number was never answered and the WhatsApp assistant was unhelpful. Despite several professional attempts to contact management and raise these concerns, we have not received any acknowledgment or response.

“Relaxing - just right.”
I booked this on someone's behalf, and it exceeded our expectations! Our special request for the room type was honoured and the hotel made sure the plunge pool was warm in time for their arrival. Was told the breakfast was great and rolls very fresh. The room was very large, spotless, and had everything they needed. There is even a selection between teabags, coffee sachets and coffee pods (with a kettle and coffee machine) foe whichever option you prefer. Ample linen and they even provided pool towels in addition to bath towels, which was a nice touch. A very enjoyable stay! The guests did not need luggage storage facilities before check in or after check out but we were informed of the option after we booked, very useful.
