“Look at a neighbouring hotel!”
Nothing at all sadly. This stay has stopped us booking any Travelodge in the future. The online images are nothing like the reality. The room was in need of major refurbishment and was grimy. The corridor had 3 ice machines with only one sort of working and a vending machine nearly empty. We had an issue with the patio door not closing so were worried about safety. The reception staff member just seemed annoyed when we asked for help. He said he would be straight over but took 29 minutes and we watched him wandering over on his phone. Sadly his attitude at check-in and the following morning were also apathetic. The job seemed a chore and he was unfriendly at every encounter. Perhaps a career change is needed!

Bathrooms were clean. Free breakfast was good with egg. Overall for the money paid, it is a decent stay. The building is old, but worth for the price.

Breakfest was ok but wanted sausage patties. Location was good for stay going to Myrtle Beach. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Nice area to stop and have cracker barrel next door.
