“Nice friendly character hotel”
Fantastic building with plenty of character, warm and clean.nice bed linen. Friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant for evening meal and breakfast was very good. Plenty of hot water for shower. Easy parking

The staff was really helpful, even with language barriers, they always found a way to sort out my requests. The place is lovely and the room was spacious and comfortable, quiet environment and close to the center. Food served in the Restaurant was great too. Will definitely stay here again.

“Feel like a Queen”
This place is so beautiful, the location is everything you can hope for in a hotel. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The Castle vibes are present everywhere you look, the attention to detail is spot on. The breakfast is very extensive, it has everything you can ask for. There is enough parking just outside the gates and some nice restaurants too. We enjoyed our stay very much and we'll definitely be back.

“Good but not great”
Room was nice and comfy and quite big. A 400 year old castle was a nice feature but room modern. Overall nice bit not exceptional.

“Go for the suite and enjoy!”
The suite is very cosy an has ample of space with a fire place. A night in an old castle always has something special. The bath tub is huge and invites for fun. The staff is kind, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and in the castle rooms - groovy!

I arrived late, had to leave at 4 am, and told them so in advance. When I arrived, the friendly receptionist was waiting for me with a tray of prepared sandwiches for breakfast. The room was comfortable and quiet. And this being the off season, I got an entire castle all to myself.
