“Great stopover, super staff and great wine!”
We loved our stay at the Weingut Sandweise Winzerhotel! It was used as a stopover enroute to Austria to ski. It was very accessible from the autobahn, and had a good parking lot for the night. We arrived late due to traffic, but had a welcoming phone call from the hotel before we arrived to double check our time for arrival. They also held a table for us at the restaurant, in which dinner and the wine were excellent! The family room we had was clean, spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom and storage space for bags and clothes. We enjoyed the breakfast the next morning, and purchase of some wine before leaving. All staff were extremely friendly, helpful and kind and we can't wait to get back!

“If the "chayns" system is present in this hotel, it is better to stay away from it!”
The App system called "chayns" is a complete disaster. To enter the hotel rooms it was needed 50 min.( ! ) with help of 3 people of the hotel staff. it was because the "chayns" syste, is so unfrendly and not relable. to start and pay breakfast we lost 20 min. because of how not easy the "chayns" system is.

“Countryhouse hotel.”
I liked the hotel. Fresh atmosphere and nice beer garden. Diner could be taken in the garden as well. The restaurant is separate from the hotel and the bill cannot be added to the room. Breakfast was very good as well charged at €12. My electric car could be charged at €22, independent of the amount of kWh, which I think they should specify. Seen it different elsewhere.

The room was large and the staff was very nice. The restaurant was a plus! We had a nice dinner. It was only one night, but perfect location for a stop during vacation.

Excellent location, staff and breakfast! Cappuccino every morning was a plus! They are very responsive to emails! They have a chicken coop outside that the breakfast eggs come from! Fun to walk the grounds and see the vegetation. If you love wine this is your place! Affordable, friendly and very clean! Hidden gem!

The biggest problem is no elevator and having to navigate 6 flights of stairs to the third floor. There is no coffee making facilities in the room. There is a poor restaurant with little choice and poor service. There is no obvious bar area, only a wine sales area where you can purchase a beer.

The hotel met my expectations, comfortable beds, pleasantly furnished rooms with the opportunity to taste home-made wine. An excellent restaurant right in the hotel, in the summer with the possibility of sitting on the terrace.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! There's a safe storage space for bikes. Very pretty and quiet location (apart from the cockerel in the morning). The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely. Good selection, vegan and other alternative options, locally sourced etc and good service.
