“Very comfortable authentic stay in beautiful village”
Loved how authentic it was. Fabulous breakfast. Very comfortable beds, linens and towels. Very spacious with everything we needed in the kitchen and great large TV with comfortable living area. Would definitely return - was cosy and warm. Spotless clean inside. Only thing we missed were bedside lamps but didn’t ask for them as we were only there one night. Bring your own soap and shampoo. Suggest the apartment patios could be tidied up to look smarter but we are at the end of winter so perhaps this is done for summer.

“Perfect stay on our elf steden tocht.”
Beautiful farmhouse and cow shed. Great for kids. Lovely place to stay. Nice and quiet waking up to the sound of the animals.

“Friendly, easy going and right among the farm life”
Love the combination of farm and stay, the apartments are right next to the stables and open access to the cows for a chat with the ladies. Our little man was full on busy with feeding them! There’s a playground, toys and everyone and everything is very laid back and easy going. The apartment is spacious and clean. The properties is a very short stroll to the village centre.

Warm, comfortable, spacious apartment on a working farm with cows and sheep, with views across the fields to the 16th century Workum Tower. Very friendly hosts! Comfy beds!

The owners were very friendly and helpful. My accomodation was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was great. The breakfast was reasonably good value for money.

“A farm with nice comfortable apartments”
Friendly owner met us with a wide smile. Nice and comfortable apartments, with all the equipment you need to prepare meals. Clean and well mintained. Note: It is actually a farm, so if you like animals (goats, cows, cats, rabbits...) this is the right place for you. We had some plans for bike-rides in the area, but we cancelled everything and stay at the farm, since our kids really like animals.
