Breakfast was great! The hotel’s location was very convenient, and the staff were very friendly. The room was spacious, and even though it was next to the highway, it was very quiet.

This is a great hotel with very friendly staff, especially the receptionist. He was super pleasant and we had a great conversation! Outstanding! The breakfast was good; I just wish there were more variety from day to day. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

“Great stay and clear recommendation for this hotel. Some opportunities to improve.”
spacious rooms, nice and clean, all good. Great location and very friendly staff. Breakfast is great but could have some variations over the week. All day identical breakfast buffet is a bit boring... Investment in an espresso machine would be great as the coffee served was almost ok, but not really exiting.

Great location - proximity to Union station and hence highly accessible and convenient. A suite format is very comfortable for extended stays - all facilities keeping long stays in mind. Courteous staff who made your stay worthwhile.

“Spacious apartment room in Worcester”
Spacious rooms, have more than needed. It is an apartment, not just a room - has a small kitchen and a ridiculously big fridge. The breakfast is ok, don't expect anything fancy. There were a lot of amenities (pool, gym, computers), but we didn't use them.
