“Not coming back”
Loud concert music playing Saturday and Sunday evenings. This apparently happens often as there is an entertainment venue nearby. I flew in from jet lag and needed to sleep early, this was impossible because of the noise. I feel the hotel should warn guests that this is an issue. I was especially upset because the weekend rate was over $400 per night up from $250. Also room cleaning was only every 2 days, I don’t find this acceptable.

the beds were lumpy and the staff could have been more pleasant. No one helped me bring in my luggage and I fell in the parking lot with the rack and my luggage. Another guest had to help me out from under the rack. You should work on this place it isn't up to Hilton standards

The size of the room was great as well as the cleanliness of the room. I got in late and it was pretty seemless to check in and get into my room.
