Good evening, I made a reservation at the Courtyard Worcester through Booking.com. I made the reservation for the day after the night I needed it. I went to the Courtyard Worcester to rebook immediately. Upon arriving at the reception, we were greeted by a woman. I explained that I had made the reservation incorrectly and made it clear to her that I needed the room that night, not the following night. I asked her if I could change it, but she said no. Since I needed a room to rest, I asked if she had a room available, and she said yes and that she couldn't change the reservation. She said she had a room available, but it was $650 a night, which of course is absurd. But since I needed one, I would have paid the price she said. However, she was so rude that I couldn't sleep at this hotel. Total disregard and a complete lack of professionalism from the receptionist. Disappointed.

“Last minute booking”
Stayed for emergency lost electricity due to national grid working on lines without notice I have twin babies we couldn't stay in a dark house in this weather with asthma and no access to nebulizer .

“Cosy hotel”

“A most pleasant stay”
Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Loved a proper shower door in the bathroom rather than a curtain and enjoyed a drink in the bar/lounge area.
