The AC Hotel in Worcester is a very modern and comfortable hotel in the heart of the town. I stayed there to visit one of the Universities, and all my destinations in and around town very easily reached from the hotel. The hotel has a garage which turned out to be a Godsend as it unexpectedly snowed at night. Moreover, the hotel serves an exceptionally reasonably priced breakfast buffet. Personally, I preferred the weekday selection to the American breakfast on the weekend, but both served enough options for everyone to be well fed in the end. The room was very spacious with a beautiful bathroom, a desk, and couch.

A very good, modern, clean and friendly hotel. Everything was good. The room was clean and well designed. Coffee maker, safe, a fine shower. Friendly effective staff. 24/7 coffee, which was important for me because I had jet lag. I was up at midnight. There was coffee and a wonderfully comfortable, bright lobby. The breakfast was good.

“Excellent newly decorated hotel”

Excellent hotel. Everything is very neat, clean, newly decorated and the accommodation unit is excellent, as is the location of the hotel. We recommend the restaurant within the hotel. The fitness is also very good and comprehensive.

The breakfast was good, very good in most respects. The coffee was good and abundant. The OJ was good. The eggs, bacon and sausage were good and the cheese and cold cuts were very good. The room and other facilities were spotlessly clean. The staff, especially at the front desk, were very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Location and parking were perfect for us. It was walking distance to our venue.

“Very good hotel for an overnight stay near Union Station”

Nice hotel in the perfect location for those arriving by train or bus at Union Station, as we did. It is only 5 minutes easy walk from the station. It’s a standard, comfortable business-style hotel, with plenty of places in walking distance to get dinner or breakfast.

Convenient location to the convention center. Liked that we were able to walk to where we wanted to go. Parking was close by.

I recently stayed at AC Hotel and was charged twice for my stay, and despite many attempts to contact their customer service department, I have not received any support regarding this matter yet. Be very careful when considering a stay at AC Hotel.

The room was spacious, exceptionally clean with a comfortable bed. Very central location close to restaurants and bars. The staff were very friendly.
