On Booking.com it says no additional charge on pets. But when you go check-in you are required to sign a form that saying there is additional payment for pet

Location is near to my husband's work. Free breakfast, good to have it as its one thing you dont have to think about. Staff seems friendly. Dogs are welcome to.

I love Robbin, she was very helpful anytime you need help.

The rooms did not match the photos online, was a very strong smell of weed , bathroom door did not close when reported tried to fit was moved rooms and the door was same did want to complain again as was for one night, was very noisy till about 1130 like there was a party going on

Was affordable and clean. Beds were comfortable, only there one night, so it was all that was required.

Staff were always friendly and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Bed was super comfy and we ended up staying 6 nights! Room facilites were great. Room was clean and serviced on request. Breakfast was a good choice and always well stocked. Great location. Parking was good and we always felt safe. Hotel was super quiet (apart from the usual early monring road traffic noise). we hardly knew others were staying as the room was so quiet. It felt very homely.

I chose a non-smoking room, it still smelled heavily of nicotine and marijuana.

It was around 10 at night. We'd been traveling all day from Quebec and had been stuck in endless traffic jams from New York to Washington. We realized we were too tired to drive to Williamsburg safely and decided to grab a quick and affordable hotel for the night. Booked this room because so few options were still available and it looked ok. The description said "Pet friendly", which told me simply that people could stay there with pets. When we got to the hotel, we were told it was "the pet room". I checked it out and it was laminate floors etc, not very attractive or people friendly, and obviously dedicated to travelers with dogs and cats. I'm allergic to cats and feared that a room that is dedicated to cats would be a disaster for me. Added to that was that people coming in and out reeked of cannabis, and the whole place seemed sketchy. We were told, that we could cancel, and i did, assuming that we would be refunded because of the "Pet friendly" vs "pet room" wording on the site. So we are lessed than impressed with both the hotel and Booking.com that we got landed with a bill for the night anyway. We've used Booking several times in different countries, but this was a huge disappointment. We'll be less likely to use Booking (and Comfort Inns) in the future.

no maintenance done in the property. water taps, door open system is faulty. I have changed my room once.
