I thought my room was very nice and clean. I myself work at a Hotel and know how very hard housekeepers work. Post COVID we were short on housekeepers, so I helped out. It is a very tough job! Kudos to your housekeepers.

“It’s ok.”
Good location, near I95, Potomac Mills, and a ton of places to eat. The room I had wasn’t super huge but medium sized and I liked that. Curtains actually blacked out the sun so bright light didn’t wake me up.

“Not happy that what I reserved was not delivered.”
I reserved a room with 2 queens. I did early mobile check in and it also said a room with 2 queens. When we arrived around 7pm (this was about the time I said I would be arriving on the mobile check in. I may have said 6pm) all that was left was a king and I had to share a bed with my travel companion. Luckily it was daughter but that is definitely something we wanted to avoid and could have been very awkward if it wasn’t family. We had to wake up extremely early for a skating competition and were counting on a good nights sleep in our own beds. We would have booked elsewhere had we known we would have to share a bed. Don’t book what you can’t deliver.

I really enjoyed the stay, the beds were great but firmer pillows were needed. Would love to been able to dine in for dinner and bar area. The young man at the desk was extra nice and his greetings and smile made me feel comfortable. I loved the computer area in the room and the nice chairs.
