“Rubbish”
Charged my card $73 for no reason and for nothing the most unhelpful manager at night who charged my card told me not my problem. Day staff a little better but still haven’t got my money back. Be careful when handing over your card

No it's pretty bad, worst among worse. We found used condom on floor. And staff didn't even bother an apology, merely ask us if we want to change room or leave.

Absolutely no customer service. Bed bugs in the reviews. Management is unreachable. Did not stay and was not able to get a refund yet. It has been 2 weeks since my reservation.

- Location - where I want to be - Swimming pool though the not sure about the water quality and there is no shower area - a risk of people getting to the water without taking shower.
