The location is nice and the place is very close to the town centre. The hosts are easy to contact with. The price is fair. For some reason, there was also a TV in the bathroom, which could possibly be an advantage for someone (I haven't used it, though).

Great location, apartment was a good size with fantastic walk in wet room and fridge plus microwave. Nice touch with coffee and towels / bedding provided.

Excellent location as it was only 10 min walk from train station and 5 min walk into the old town. Nearby to a great Italian restaurant. Comfy beds, good shower and great value for money.

Spacious room, kettle, big bathroom, cutlery, coffeemaker, fridge, windows with shutters, shaded side, not warm even on hot days, silent during night hours. Very friendly and nice staff.

“Good for its price, but requires significant renovation.”
Location (supermarkets nearby, 10 minutes from the centre), regulated heating, size of the apartment, bed (quality of bed linen), towels, enough furniture but not too much; silent room.

Big problems, overworked solo employee unable to do her job properly despite good intentions, problem is obviously at owner level-- apparently he's willing to disappoint ordinary travellers and cater to migrant temp workers plus occasional football parties and the like. It's OK digs for such cohorts but this should NOT be advertised as an ordinary tourist hotel.

“Big disappointment!”
The room we had booked and paid for was not available! For the first night we got a room with shared bathroom and common room. The next night they prepared a room that they do not have in the offer on booking. Cold floor, we had to wear shoes in the room all the time! Cigarettes stink everywhere!
