“Beds and bedding provided for only 2 people, despite the room booking being for 4 people.”
When we arrived late in the evening, having very clearly booked 1 room for 4 people, we found that the sofa bed had not been made up and we only had bedding for 2 people. We had to ask at reception and with housekeeping 3 times for sufficient bedding to be brought so that our children could go to bed, and the staff seemed to really not care. Very disappointed.

Superb suite type room, very well equipped with pans, glasses, cutlery etc. Comfy beds. Quiet, despite being in a busy location on the outskirts of Boston.
