The staff was incredibly forthcoming! The decor seemed a bit outdated but that was clear beforehand from the pictures so not a critique point. Everything was very clean, the facilities (spa, pool, restaurant) were in great shape and well maintained.

It opens automatically upon exit. Restaurant food is amazing. On Thursdays you can eat as much Schnitzel as you want for €24.50. Breakfast on the 9th floor was great! There is a lift.

The hotel staff were really nice, the hotel was very quiet, actually rather relaxing. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The staff at the breakfast buffet were extremely nice! The on site restaurant serves typical German food and beer. The food itself was really good , and great that you can eat on site. The walk to the town centre is about 5 to 10 minutes, and about 7 minutes to the train station. It's family owned- and you can tell the staff enjoy working there! The room was big for German standards. Perfect for one or two nights.

For anyone wanting to stay in Witten, this hotel is excellent. The staff are efficient and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them whenever we needed their assistance. The main restaurant and the breakfast restaurant provided very nice meals at very affordable prices. We would certainly return to this hotel without any hesitation. Arnold from England.
