“Not recommend with this price”
The Wi-Fi connection wasn’t even stable enough for a video call. I had requested a double room, but they gave me two single beds, one of them didn’t even have bed sheets.

Clean and comfortable hotel that also offers a good continental breakfast. Very pleasant and extremely helpful host. Good room with good facilities. Very close to the Witten Annen Nord rail station.

“Automated access procedure didn't work”
Couldn't access the hotel so had to panic book a more expensive hotel at short notice. The access code eventually arrived by email but too late.

Intimacy of the location. Cool design. Clean. Easy access to public transportation (bus&train), around 10 min. away from the town center by bus/car. Nearby markets and gas station. Quiet and cool vibe neighborhood. The location has its own restaurant (I didn't check it however as I was in a rush mode). For the money I paid, I am satisfied. It's possible I will the same location next I'm in town.
