The place is beautiful and you have access to a view point near by for a fee of R25 (you need to drive through the neighbors property). The beds are very confy. They have a bar/restaurant that looks nice, unfortunately that evening there was a loud party inside and I could not join as being a noise sentive person. I went in the morning and it looks like a really nice bar and place to chill

The hosts, Andries & Leonie truly created an exceptional place & welcomed us with open arms. Everything was clean & comfortable. There's an easy 5km walking route to a breathtaking viewpoint & delicious pizzas made by Andries himself are not to be missed.

Had a wonderfull experience staying at Cadeau. Leoni and Andries are wonderful hosts. They make you feel as if you are part of the family. Here you have the best of both worlds, whith the ocean on the one side and the mountains and forrests on the other. What more can you ask for. Beautiful sunsets and sunrise. Absolutly stunning place to stay. Always neat and clean. And they make the best pizza. Will recomend Cadeau to anyone who loves nature.

Leonie and Andries made us feel enormously welcome at Cadeau. They are kind, warm and intelligent people who gave us great advice about where to go in the area and were also down for a chat by the fireplace. The accomodation is beautifully located, the beds were super confortable and the showers clean and warm. We joined for diner one of the nights we stayed here and the braai was delicious. I would really recommend this place to anyone!

Nice and quiet place. The owners are really nice, they even made a braai for us one night for a very reasonable price and we had a lovely meal together!

The owners were amazingly wonderful and kind. They made us diner, which was incredible. Together with them we saw one of the best sunsets we ever saw. Definately a place to visit when you are close.

“Pleasant”

A family of 7 were staying there at the time. They took over the kitchen area and the bathrooms with their stuff lying around everywhere. Not the owners fault but would've been nice if they checked and asked the family to remove their things from the bathroom counters.
