Absolutely gorgeous old building but rooms thoroughly modernised to highest comfort. Great shower, quiet air conditioning and lovely large comfortable beds. Restaurant was traditional in the very best way. Wonderful attentive service, beautifully set tables ,and excellent cooking.

“Perfect hotel from which to explore the Northern Vosges”
The breakfast buffet was delicious with wonderful fresh bread and croissants, organic yoghurt and local jams. In addition we were served fresh hard-boiled eggs. The location was perfect for exploring the sights of Wissembourg, yet inside our room it was very quiet and we were able to sleep undisturbed. It was lovely to have a big bathroom The hosts were charming and very welcoming to both us and our dog; we would like to stay here again.

Beautiful traditional family run hotel with very comfortable rooms and modernised bathrooms. Right in the centre of the village. Very clean. Guest lounge was spacious and well equipped with microwave and tea/coffee making facilities. Lovely dinner at the restaurant and delicious breakfast with excellent choices. Coffee and boiled eggs to order.

“A well-appointed and luxurious hotel in the centre of Wissembourg, well worth the visit!”
We booked a two-bedroom suite at short notice, and it was a great ending to our few days of walking in Alsace. The suite was large and well-appointed. There is a four-course menu available at a special price for hotel guests and this was excellent. The staff were very friendly and attentive and we enjoyed our time in the hotel very much.

The restaurant is the thing here, food and wine were as ever excellent, even if menus and wine list were shorter than before. Good breakfast. Small quiet room, the stairs might be a problem for some, this is a historic building
