“Lovely hotel in great location”

We enjoyed our stay and in some ways we were sorry we were only there one night. The location on the market square could not be better. The breakfast was well presented and there was a great variety to choose from.

Lovely hotel, right on main square. Staff very friendly, rooms good quality, quiet and clean, well equipped gym and sauna and reading room. Fantastic safe storage facility for bikes including full toolkit to fix anything plus shower area to clean bikes, never seen something so well equipped. Very reasonable price given quality, location and nice staff.

It was very central and a really lovely hotel. Good sauna and places to relax. Very nicely renovated and just nice to be in. Our room was big and with a very good bed and lovely shampoo. It was a very good breakfast, bit pricey, but not when you think of all the food and the quality.

Service and location

We were very glad that we chose this hotel for our stay. The employees were very friendly, helpful, and attentive. We are very thankful that they were so sweet and prepared such a wonderful gift for our anniversary with personal congratulations. It was very unexpected and kind. The hotel is a very beautiful historic building with lots of charm. We enjoyed a good breakfast and an amazing view of the main square from our room. The hotel is located in the center of the city. We used the parking connected to the hotel, which made it very easy to get in and out. We would love to come back and stay at the hotel again when we visit Wismar.

Would have preferred Air Con rather than fan.

The location right on the town square was wonderful. We could walk to everything we wanted to see. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The hotel is in the perfect location to explore Wismar . You step out the front door onto the lovely market square It is nicely decorated & my room was super spacious as I was given a free upgrade. Apart from the charming bell tower it was quiet.

What a nice hotel We stayed at Hotel Townhouse Stadt Hamburg in Wismar from 15 - 16 Oktober 2024, and from the very moment we opened the door, we felt welcome by the kind and professionel staff. The hotel is modern and airy, the rooms are nice and clean, and there is a very cosy library. The breakfast was very good.  On top of that the hotel is located in the heart of the beautiful city centre of Wismar surrounded by charming old buildings. I warmly recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, nicely designed common areas, modern room and bathroom with good lighting, good parking, awesome location, nice breakfast. I much appreciated the high quality hand soap, shower gel and body lotion, without irritating ingredients like SLS in the soap - very few hotels provide products as good as this.

Perfect location right in the center of Wismar. Rooms and bathroom very clean. Fridge with a select mini bar included, very welcome. Indoor parking available around the corner. Quality of linnen excellent and very comfortable XL bed.
