I can recommend the breakfast buffet, we didn’t book the breakfast for the second day and went to the bakery for breakfast and realized it just more practical and price worthy to enjoy the breakfast in the hotel. Also every staffs is professional and offer great service. The bed is comfy to sleep. The shower has strong water pressure. I was sad to leave.

“One day in Wismar (Stadthotel Stern)”
The Hotel is in the city centre, therefore this approach by car is not too easy. The Hotel has a parking place, but the staff offered us another parking garage 300-400 metre for same fee The hotel was simple, the room was big and comfortable, the bathroom was big well. The restaurant of the hotel was good, and the food was delicious. We could make a walking in the centre of the city, where were some sights, mainly in the port, where were many souvenir shops.

The hotel is located in the old town and everything was within walking distance. The room was large and functional. The breakfast was excellent: the choice was exceptionally wide and everything was of good quality.

Excellent location and good parking place. Special thanks to Mr. Matthias von Schöning for an early check-in and a bigger room for our 4 pieces of luggage, and reservation for our parking place! Thanks also to the Hotel to inform us that they did not request Booking.com to renew our Visa information and they did keep the reservation for us.

“Good value and a great location if you want to explore the old town of Wismar”
Excellent location - facilities and decor a bit dated, but the room was large and comfortable, the staff helpful and we had a pleasant stay.
