“A historical property in deep, deep provice - very quiet and charming”
The castle is located in a small, quiet village where nothing happens - no shops, no bars, almost no people outside, a very special experience. A large, beautiful garden and plenty of roads among fields and woods for long walks. Just a few spacious rooms, few guests, very quiet. Good dinner when the restaurant is not closed. Staff speaking limited English, which is actually cool. In the evening there is no staff, you get a key and are on your own, which gives a feeling of visiting some distant relatives in the countryside rather than staying at a hotel.

“Wonderful Country House Experience”
Beautifully renovated manor house in charming grounds. The staff were uniformly cheerful and helpful, and my room was both spacious and comfortable.

Thanks again for the wonderful hospitality. The place is a gem, set in a peaceful and quiet countryside. Our room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast rich in choice and dinners luxurious, with a fish course for vegetarians.

“We came for a relaxing long weekend, and we got it! Thank you.”
It is a perfect getaway for those looking for some peace and quiet for a couple of days. The restaurant dinner was great on both nights, the staff very helpful and friendly and clearly cared about the guests and the property. The beds were really comfortable and the room spacious and clean. The restaurant/cafe is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, so people arriving on those days, must look for alternatives.
