The attitude of the owner. The hot water was not working so I make shower in the evening and in the next morning with cold water and the owner suppose to fix it the next day according with the info get it from him. He didn't , he let no message, no call and when I called him no answer. So I moved from there and ask for a complete refund. Is is funny, if I can say that, because before to do that I called Booking and speak with a lady from them and I say to this lady what is the problem and I speak with her to cancel the reservation and I told her I will make a new reservation to a different place, and I did that. The thing is until now I get no info about the situation and when I checked this reservation in my Booking account it stay like "the reservation it is completed". Today I called again and speak with another lady from Booking and she start to say the same story- we need time to contact the property. The first call was on 19th of June, today it is 28 of June, so I notice it is very hard to contact the properties, no? So, yes these are sometimes the owners of the properties which we rent it during our travels but also this is Booking too - very professional don't you think? Maybe this year I will get a proper and fair solution from Booking. And this is happen in a period when I make plenty reservation through Booking. Maximum of respect and protection for their clients.

Nice apartment, location is great, close to the train station and the market square, self check-in and check-out. The apartment is very clean, the beds are very good and the place is quite silent, so we slept very well. The kitchen is fully equipped.
