Staff was easy to contact, understanding. Easy to check in. the apartment is clean, bright, modern furniture, spacious. good kitchen equipment. No smell. Everything is positive, except the mattresses in the beds were hard, and poor insulation between the bedrooms (could hear the neighbors snoring)
