It is a budget hotel so I wasn’t expecting much. The bed was comfortable. The room decor was nice.

“Nice place in great location”
Great place, close to everything you need. Close to the main trailheads in North Cascades. Breakfast is very nice, you can make your own waffles. Kids loved it.

“A nice staff and good value”
Winthrop Inn was clean, well cared for and simple. The staff was excellent. We arrived late and although staff was unavailable and the office was closed, they left us an envelope with the information we needed to check in ourselves. Beds were comfortable.

Good location with the nice river behind the parking lot. Easy to register, it was quiet and the room had everyting we needed and met all of our needs.

“After a long ride it was an oasis (true) at the end of a journey. My first stay, won't be my last.”
The receptionist was delightful. Having ridden a motorcycle for over 175 miles the cheerful smile, and helpfulness she gave us was just what we needed. The simplicity of the door code entry number versus dreaded keys that always get lost was a bonus. It was very hot outside so the air conditioned room was great. The coffee machine was also a bonus, plus for the first time ever there were creamers available, not the powder kind but liquid. A first. The nightly rate was extremely reasonable, especially for an In in the middle of town. Congrats on a great place. I would stay again and highly recommend to others.
