“Good place for one night stay if no option.”
Location not far from city. Close enough to legoland. Near lake Place has all amenities like TV, kitchen, shower. Two beds. All kitchenware. Have pool but could not confirm that it clean enough to swim.

1. Central Florida location arrived w rental car from Int’l Airport - so, as well as enjoy the nearby 50th annual Sun ‘n Fun aviation show at KLAL, was easy to get to I-4 to invest a day at KSC on east coast and another day leisurely explore sunshine coast down to Passe a Grille, soak up sun & swim in the Gulf, as well as dine at The Hangar restaurant at KSPG before a sightseeing flight courtesy of a friend. Weedon Wildlife Nature Preserve SW of Tampa warrants a 1/2 day. 2. Setting. Relaxing. Cottages have treed lawn / lake view- many types of birds & ducks this time of year; a maintained dock from which to observe the sun- & catfish and more, also turtles and alligators. 3. Amenities- grateful for the pool for end of day swim; air conditioned cottage with wifi had everything I required; used fridge/stove/microwave, coffee filters. Host happily helped with routes to destinations and suggested a nearby family grocery market & takeout to which I returned a few times! Host family asked daily how the stay was going, if I had any needs or questions and responded!

Super quiet location, don’t get disturbed by the sounds of traffic, exceptional lake view from the rooms! Has a great dock you can walk down and fish off of even!

“Clean, quiet, not anything fancy. Will stay again”
It is a dated place. Knowing that, and having stayed here before, I am very happy with this place. It is one of the cleanest properties I have ever stayed in. It is quiet, and the beds seemed very comfortable to me. I was only looking for a place for shower and sleep, didn't use any other amenities.

“It simply meets my needs!”
Location and price. It’s dated but meets my needs which is a place to sleep and shower. The owners are nice and the rooms have always been clean.

“Large cottage, great value for the price.”
Cottages are ample, beds are firm. Lighting is on the low side in the sleeping area. TV should be on a swivel to allow viewing in the living area. I wouldn't bring a significant other but this was a softball event.

“Very relaxing”
It's a small little place with little cottages. Very clean I inside. And pool was very clean. The only complaint I have was it kinda smelled like old cigarette smoke . But other than that you can't find anything more affordable and clean and confirmable for such a affordable price. It was my 3 Rd time staying here. And definitely will return in the future 🤠
