“I would not recommend staying here at all it was a waste of money!”

Nothing the room was disappointing, old, not clean, property was not maintained, old and unacceptable to us

Good size room and good bed!

Called to make sure hot tub was working and was told it was operating But when we drove 4 hours and checked in the hot tub was boarded up and not working.

We stay here when we take a quick trip to Legoland and need a place to stay overnight.

Bathroom was dirty, bathtub had hair and dust sheets had some stains, room outdated. Long wait at check in counter. Host was kindof rude asking for credit card to pay for pet fee saying that since reserved thru booking.com they couldn’t just add the fee, no breakfast included as shown in photos

The beds were comfortable,

Pool was green, property not maintained at all.

1. The hotel was super out of date 2. They was selling/buying drugs by the front doors of the hotel by bikers and by two rooms away from my assigned room of hotel. 3. My wife and I decide to forfeit our pre payment of $123 and depart immediately and pay another fee in another better hotel for a good night sleep.

The gentleman at the counter was extremely nice and professional. He checked us in and got us on our way quick and efficiently. However due to being two properties using the same space it was hard to find where to check in exactly. We thought we got the wrong information from the hotel.

Near to Legoland and a lot of restaurants in the area.

Location was fine, plenty of parking (probably because no one in their right mind would stay there.)

The staff didn't steal anything, but even the room phone went answered while the looters ravished the rooms beside ours.

The room smelled like smoke, there were roaches in the room and one was even stuck in the mircowave clock, the bathtub was peeling and the bathroom door had a hole like someone punched it in. The tv only had 3 channels one of which was a foreign language, the other two played old movies. Although my booking confirmation stated 2 adults and 2 kids when I checked in I was accused of not including the kids to get a cheaper rate which I then showed my booking confirmation proving that it confirmed 2 adults and 2 kids. I was also charged twice which I was not happy about. The beds were also hard and not comfortable. The only plus is its literally across the street from Legoland. This hotel needs a complete overhaul.

They had good water pressure and it stayed pretty hot.

Smelled like cigarettes. Room was dirty. Found 2 two different sandals under the bed. Floors were dirty. Overall room and the front desk were dirty.
