“Excellent service right from walking in the door to getting dropped off at the airport”
Great customer service from Garrett at the front desk, assist us with information on the park and pay for the week while we were away and also made arrangements for the shuttle to take us to the airport. The shuttle drive was superb 👌 excellent communication and great conversation with him on the ride to the airport⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very nice man at reception greeted us with a bottle of water and explained everything. Everything exceeded our expectations including entry, breakfast and common areas, pool area, room. Newly renovated in good taste. Sunny exposures really help in our cold winter ans sheds a light of warmth and happiness. There is a tavern a few blocks away if you need a meal. Nice packed breakfast as we were early to leave. Great to have the airport shuttle!

“Not worth the price”
The room smelled weird like something food wise gone bad. The bed was lumpy. The room was dusty, carpet dingy. And the only place to get snacks was the front desk. Snack vending machines on the floors would be nice. The breakfast would have been good but the main protein fritatas were undercooked. Just think there should be a lot better quality over all for the price. I loved the one downtown when I've stayed there multiple times.

I do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. This was a terrifying and unsafe experience. At 1:00 a.m., while my family and I were asleep, two unknown women entered our room, turned on the lights, and we woke up completely confused and shocked about what was happening. We were undressed, and our child started crying in fear because strangers were inside our room. When we asked why they were there, it turned out that they had room keys identical to ours. This means the hotel issued the same room keys to different guests, which is a serious security failure. When we went to the front desk, no clear explanation was given, and the situation was not handled properly. This is an unacceptable violation of privacy and safety, especially for families with children. It is now 1:00 a.m., I am scared, unable to sleep, and feel completely unsafe. I will never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.
