“The worst thing I've ever experienced”
When I arrived the room was already occupied by another guest. The room and kitchen were in an unacceptable condition! (see pictures) No attempt to change the condition by the landlord! I had to rent something new and the landlord refuses to give me my money back. Booking.com's "customer service" wasn't any help either...
