“Defeated the purpose of having a hotel. We were exausted, hungry and coudn’t even shower.”
The beds where comfortable, the location was conventient. The waitress on the second morning was the best part of the hotel. She was so cheery and helpful.

The room was really clean and tidy. There were earplugs provided by the bed that came in very handy. The housekeeper we spoke to Saturday afternoon was incredibly lovely and kind. The pool area was clean.

The washroom could have been a little bigger. The toilet paper roll holder was too close to your body when you were sitting on the toilet.

Good location right on Ouellette Ave in the heart of the city - easy walk to waterfront and beyond Large, very comfortable bed. TV, safe, coffeemaker all good quality Friendly, helpful staff at front desk and cleaning staff on floors I would return if I can negotiate a lower price next time

The cleaning staff were the nicest most efficient ladies around. We had DND sign on door as we didn't need it cleaned and she was nice enough to slide a note under the door in case we needed anything.

Main Street in front had very loud car traffic half the night resulting in poor sleep.
