The building has a reception,/security who advisors that there is always a problem with bookings and the host,we couldn't get hold of him For several hours,keys were not at premises and someone else staying in the apartment when we arrived ,will never book here again

Waited 3 hours for the room just to be told that it was not available , then was told that there was another room but would cost more. Very bad service from host Abraham.
