“Great start of our holiday in Namibia!”

Booked 5 rooms a month ago, on arrival at the premises only 4 rooms were available. We arrived at 18h00, there was only security personnel to hand out the keys and no reception. I had to wait an hour for someone of reception to come and sort out the situation. After 7 hours of driving and with overseas clients with me this is completely unacceptable for an establishment like Windhoek Luxury Suites. The next day there was a lot of blame shifting between the staff of who was at fault. This is unfortunately not the first time this has happened to me at the same establishment.
