There is only 1 key for the gate so you always has to stop outside waiting for someone to come and open for you. And in the night doesn't look safe to wait on the street for 1 to open

Pillows are not fluffy, too flat. Air-conditioning is weak and doesn't blow. The blanket is too thick. The shower is clogged, and there is no microwave.
