“Okay, but room for improvement”
The staff was very friendly, and managed to arrange a room change as i was given the wrong room at first (no balcony). The hotel itself has a luxurious feeling and is clean.

The beds are nice and comfortable, the rooms are specious, the decor in the rooms is good. The staff at the reception are receptive. The beddings were decent and nice

Nice friendly reception staff, who assisted with arrangements for taxis whenever requested. The hotel is also located in a quiet environment, not too far from the centre of town.

“Pleasant, good service, but food options for breakfast needs attention and stop guests smoking”
Lovely well maintained building in a reasonable location. The great thing about this hotel is the staff. Very efficient, friendly and helpful young team. From the reception staff, waitresses, to the housekeeper/maid service - just excellent!
