“My worst stay ever”
The beds were uncomfortable and noisy and very hard pillows. The shower wasn't draining well so I was standing in dirty water while bathing. The worst part is there is steps everywhere. I wouldn't recommend if you are a wheelchair user or if you have heavy luggage like me. In the morning I have to take a longer way out and pull my luggage over more steps because the front door was locked. My suitcase is damaged now.The front room has laundry scattered everywhere.

The room was clean, big and easy to maintain with its tiled flooring. Bathroom beautiful with power shower. Staff were freindly and location was idea with the premises secure. As I stayed there for 2 weeks, the staff did the laundry and returned my clothes neatly folded. The kitchen had all the utensils you need to make your own food, there was a microwave and fridge/freezer in my room, though there is a bigger fridge freezer in the kitchen. They also provided a kettle and iron in my room. There was also a corridor with sitting where you could eat your food or have guest if you did want them in your room. I intend staying at the same property in Soweto upon return to Namibia 🇳🇦

“Despite the draw-backs, I would definitely stay there again as the family was super welcoming.”
The owner and family were extremely friendly and welcoming. After a lot of travelling that was much appreciated. The common areas are very clean and it is very quiet and peaceful. The room had a coffee station, a fridge and a microwave, which came in handy.
