We highly recommend this place. The apartment is stylish and tastefully decorated, clean and well maintained. The owner, Jan, is very friendly and helpful. After two weeks of safari we had a bag full of dirty clothes, and Jan offered to help, within a day we got everything back washed, ironed and smelling fresh.

Enchanted is situated just off the heart of Windhoek with access to the mall, supermarket and other facilities and within a few minutes drive. Enchanted is a spacious and clean facility with security gates, parking availability and a guard at night. The shared garden space has a pool and brain area. The villa itself was equipped with a kitchenette, seating area, outdoor space and bedroom with an open plan bathroom. We must have been confused because we had read in a review or in the booking somewhere that it had a laundry as well, but it was in fact laundry services.
