We stayed at this hotel for one night. We really liked it. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. I recommend it.

Additionally, the common areas, such as the pool and gym, were well-maintained, providing the perfect space to relax. Overall, this is a hotel I would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and top-notch service. I would definitely return!

“Nice hotel with nothing to criticize”

The rooms were a little bit small for 5 pax, but ok. They were tidy and elegant suited. The breakfast was as usual, similar to other hotels. We've been there, because we travelled to the Shenandoah NP, so that was the best option for us to get there.

Very clean, comfortable bed, large suite and great value.

I made a massive mistake and book this thinking it was Winchester England, I email them with plenty of time and had no response. I also explained that we have just lost our 32 year old sister to a long battle with cancer. It was a trip to meet up with family! It’s disgusting that they could even reply, so I may not of been there, but this alone speaks volumes.

I would like to preface this by saying that my evaluation is written from the point of view of a European. We chose the hotel because the room rate included parking and breakfast. The parking was spacious and the staff at check-in was very friendly. The room was big enough and the extra sofa bed turned out to be very useful. We did not use the small pool and the small fitness room. The hotel gets a plus for the fact that there is a microwave in every room and you can buy small frozen meals and heat them up in it. Iron and ironing board were also available and the room and bathroom were clean. You can buy drinks and consume then on the outdoor terrace which unfortunately doesn't offer any umbrellas to protect guests from sun or rain

The scenery was beautiful. The room was spacious. The closet was large enough to walk in. The room was very clean. Breakfast was a morning buffet. There was a hot liquid station for coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. There was an orange juice and apple juice dispenser. Hot food offerings included oatmeal, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and a breakfast sandwich. There was also a waffle making station.

The staff was very friendly had trouble with TV and the staff came right away and fixed it.

Place is new and comtfy. Loved that is surrounded by plenty of restaurants, shops and other services. You can reach plenty of good stuff with walking distance. Room was spacious and comfty. Quiet at night. Amazing.

Made my reservation in January through booking.com for a June stay. When I arrived I had no room and they booked us a at a neighboring hotel. (Apparently they over booked the hotel.) Until a room was available the next day. Reservations were made 4 months in advance! This should of never happened. they covered the room for the one night at neighboring hotel. we were traveling with small children and picked this hotel to stay with family. Excuse they gave us was they had no way of contacting us. Yet I’ve been getting emails and texts. Unreliable hotel.
