“Be careful”
Reception denied receiving reservation upon arrival only to sell a room at much higher price. The property is a construction site, and far from the promoted images. Upon checkout the bill was doubled and they refused to give a receipt. A surrealistic experience. Be careful!

“Comfortable but needs improvement”
Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Large grounds with monkeys and birds visiting the garden. Simple but tasty Sri Lankan food.

“Nice Room”
The room was great - exactly what we wanted. The manager provided us with a wifi booster to amplify the signal in the room (without us asking for that). The food was good and the staff friendly.

The owner/manager really tried his best and is friendly, but can't speak any English. So when there is a (little) problem it is really hard to communicate. Place is on a great location for the Wilpattu Safari

Beautiful place, close to the entrance of Wilpattu National Park. You are surrounded by nature and birds. The accommodation is new and spotless! Very good beds and the host is super friendly! Highly recommend this place!

Indeed I loved the location of Kayjay Wild. And it's about 2km away from the wilpattu national park. You will feel the the nature more than you expect.
