“Lovely chilled accomodation with great views and a nice Safari”

You can not expect European standards in the Sri Lankan jungle - but what you can expect is a high smile, great food, a clean comfy bed and a clean bathroom. We were looked after very well and enjoyed our stay tremendously.

“Great Stay”

Dylan did a fantastic job of organizing a stress free trip to Wilpattu. We stayed for 2 night and all food was included and juice/water. The dinners were incredible so big compliments to the chef!! Our safari guide was very knowledgeable and he was able to spot a bunch of animals that we wouldn't have seen ourselves. The park is beautiful and the accommodation has everything you need and is very comfortable. Would highly reccomend!! Go Dylan and the team 😊👌👌

“10/10”

The location it’s a 10 if you want to do a Safari in Wilpattu National Park. Our host Dylan was lovely and welcoming, ready to help us arrange everything we needed. Our rooms was large, clean and comfortable, the building is surrounded by rice fields and a lot of green, with the notice of birds and insects as background. And the food well, amazing is to say the less. Delicious, homemade and abundant. I highly recommend staying in Green Sapphire, our experience was a 10 out of 10.

The rooms were so comfortable and one of the best we have stayed in Sri Lanka! The host, Dylan was great and the Safari was incredible! Good WiFi, great food and great location.

“Lovely stay”

Very nice staff and a beautiful place to stay. Breakfast and diner were delicious. We did a jeep safari for the whole day and we enjoyes it very much and saw many animals, including the leopard

Good breakfast

The room was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable with an outside terrace looking over fields. The food was plentiful and tasty and Dylan and his team were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The included safari was excellent and a great deal. Thank you for a wonderful stay..we highly recommend.

“Fijne plek om te verblijven en safari te organiseren.”

We had a very nice safari with the organisation of Dylan. The driver and spotter, Dylum, was very knowledgeble and he did every effort to make the safari succesfull. The package that Dylan offred to us was realy good. Nice accomodaties, good food and a superb safari. Also the communication to arrange everything with Dylan was perfect. Paul, Greet from Belgium

Dylan was fantastic hosting throughout - helped us with everything made it so simple.

It is not a 4* hotel for European standards. We wouldn't give it more than 2* actually. So don't expect much from the room. But the location is close to Wilpattu, so this is nice. We also did a safari organized by the property and it was ok. The food is ok

“Great place for a safari!”

We had a great stay at Green Sapphire. The room was spacious and had good AC and we enjoyed looking out over the rice paddies from our terrace. We also liked meeting other travellers at dinner and had a great safari day also organised by Dylan.

“Great place to stay in Wilpattu”

Very nice lodge, clean and comfortable. Owner is very helpfull and responsive. Staff was great. Food was delicious, not too spicy for europeans 😄

It was a clean comfortable stay. Dylan was a great host & offered a reasonable package. Enjoyed my day at Wilpattu & saw some great game including sloth bear, elephant & leopard.

“Great safari experience”

We had a great stay in Wilpattu! Dylan and his team went above and beyond to help us out. We arrived early but our room was all ready and they also organised lunch for us. We had some dietary requirements which were no problem. The safari package was very good value - we saw elephant, leopard, water buffalo, mongoose, monkeys and more! Dylan also arranged a driver for us to our next destination for a very reasonable price. Would recommend to anyone looking to do a safari in Wilpattu
