No water in restroom so couldn't take shower, it was terrible in morning while going to work.

“Not recommended”
Not at all super dirty and The quality was terrible, the room was in poor condition even the bed. I sent an email to the manager, but he still hasn't responded to see if they would refund me because the room was in terrible condition. They charged me for it and I didn't sleep in it. No one could sleep in that room in poor condition. The broken jacuzzi leaked in the room, everything was terrible and had a very bad smell. I have more photos and video but here it only gives the option of 4

“Couldn't stay because of a unwritten deposit needed.”
There need to be in big print that there needs to be a deposit needed on the top of the price of the room in print. I went there and the gentleman stated I needed a 100.00 deposit and then change it to 200.00 deposit. Luckily two other people was there of same color had the same problem. All I wanted was a stay-cation. And I couldn't get it because of the deposit. Deposit needed needs to be on the page of getting the room so people will know what they are getting into. Not be surprised when you get there.

“Overall a wonderful experience and very cozy!!”
Everything was wonderful! Bed was very very comfortable!! Staff was so friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good as well! Overall a great stay! Definitely will be back this next weekend! Thank you!!
