When I arrived at the property on Thursday 19th June at roughly 10:30pm at night I was unable to be booked in because of a 'computer issue'. I waited for 30 minutes and nothing was resolved. I asked to cancel my booking as I had my children with me and needed to get them into a hotel room. The book was not cancelled and I have been charged for a room I did not use because I couldn't be checked in!

They had me move from one room to amother without informing me - they misplaced some of my belongings- was never found - was not able to reach manager p trying to get compensation for my lost items

Convenient location. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was a good value for the money paid, as well. Nice lobby area, obviously recently updated. Wifi was surprisingly good - much better than most hotels I've been at. Beds were comfortable, and the furnishings inside the room were all in good shape.
