“Overpriced and worn”
+ Amazing view + Comfortable beds + Friendly staff and cleanliness + Some snacks and drinks at the beginning of the stay(super useful after late check in) + Pool towels that could be changed for free in reception + Small but quite deep swimming pool, well maintained + Safe area with controlled access + Beach at the resort

“Not worth how much we paid for it”
The view from our villa was amazing and made all the other issues less relevant. The cleaning and gardening staff were incredibly friendly and kind. The location was really nice - I suggest driving to Marfas Good Hangout for some delicious food only a five minute drive from the gated community.
