The location was good, considering the reason for my visit to Williamstown.

“Hotel was close to festival grounds but I would look at other options if I was to return.”

I was there for Solid Sound Music Festival in North Adams so the location was great because it was only a short drive to the festival grounds. Air conditioner in room was newer and worked well. Staff was very friendly.

Cleanness, spacious room, staff, complimentary breakfast, free parking. Everything was great. As a "near the road motel" - it was better than we expected.

There was no free breakfast! They only had cereal that is left out 24/7 and never changed. I was told a truck had to come with their breakfast food (which never happened in the 2 weeks I had to stay here). The power went out due to people blowing the fuses next to our room, so when I went to the front desk about this there were no adults working on the property. I was greeted by a 10 year old girl and a younger boy who asked if I needed to check into my room (like she was working). I told her what was going on and I needed to speak with the manager, and the little girl told me the adults wouldn’t be back for a few hours and would try to call them! There were stains all over our room like it had not been cleaned besides making the bed. The bathroom was disgusting, and only 1 outlet in the whole room worked.

Excellent coffee. The room was dated but it was exceptionally clean. We weren't looking for fancy . Good value for the price. The woman who checked us in was really nice and gave the name of a restaurant. It was excellent.

Hair was in the bed when I pulled back the covers, hair was also in the shower, shower handle was broken, many outlets did not work, toilet seat was loose.

The cleanliness of the facility was terrible. Pool was black and unusable, shower had mold on tiles, chair had muddy footprints on it, and there was a terrible musty smell in the room.

The women who checked us in was very nice and efficient.

Convenient location to North Adams & Williamstown. Friendly staff. Quiet.

Very well managed with friendly and helpful owners. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The intercontinental breakfast was standard fare as expected for the chain, nothing spectacular but sufficient for us. Great location for visiting Williams College. We arrived late at night and the place was safe and quiet. We parked right outside our room.

Breakfast was limited. Bathroom door would not close, only a curtain on window, no shade. Pool was not available.

We stayed for one night during Memorial Day weekend. Everything was great except the microwave in the room was not working.
