Located off Interstate 64, this motel is just a 5-minute drive from historic Colonial Williamsburg. It offers a daily continental breakfast and features rooms with free Wi-Fi, a cable TV and DVD player. A coffee maker and seating area are provided in all rooms at the Quality Inn Colony. Rooms with a microwave and fridge are also available. Free access to the seasonal outdoor pool is offered to all guests. Sun loungers are provided on the sun deck surrounding the pool. Guests can enjoy on-site dining at the Colony Quality Inn’s Colonial Pancake House. Golden Horseshoe Golf Club and the College of William and Mary are both within 2 miles of this motel. Busch Gardens Amusement Park is an 11-minute drive away.

There was no breakfast t-the location was some way away from the Colonial village in Williamsburg - I walked there but had to cross two very busy streets. I walked everywhere but do not know how safe it was. The pancake place next door was superb! They did provide a room with a bath when I asked for it

The room looked shabby, the phone and coffee maker didn't work. The breakfast was "minimal". The heat pump wasn't able to heat the room and we had to use a space heater.

“Comfortable and reasonably priced.”
We only stayed one night on our way through. The room (and bed) was comfortable, although ‘old’. Off street parking and the Mexican restaurant next door was awesome! The staff member we checked in with was nice and chatty!

“It was the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in.”
I chose the hotel because it had a good rating, but I really regret it. The cleanliness of the room was generally poor. The towels were stained. There was no ventilation in the bathroom or the room. There wasn’t even a trash bin or a toilet brush in the bathroom. The hair dryer didn’t work. For breakfast, there was nothing except cereal.

Nice clean motel in walking distance to colonial Williamsburg. With a backpack you could also easily walk to Williamsburg Amtrak station.

Air conditioner was barely working when we arrived. After first night we notified desk manager who told us that it was an old unit and perhaps shutting the bathroom door (which had no windows) would make it cooler in the room. ARE YOU KIDDING ME ? It was mid to high nineties our entire time in Williamsburg. On the 3rd day my daughter asked for a fan and received one from the desk manager on duty. The woman assured us that the issue would be fixed before we left. Sleeping was nearly impossible. My granddaughter and myself experienced congestion and breathing difficulties enough that we needed over the counter medication for relief. I have been a regular customer at Rodeway for many years. Not anymore.
