“My family had a good, fun experience!”
My family and I loved the lazy river at the pool. I love the bar/restaurant at the pool area. Great food there! But a little expensive. I like how there are multiple pools on the property. When the river pool was too crowded we went to the other pool and we were the only ones there! I like how they provided a playpen/crib for my 1 year old son because I forgot his. I like that I was given a number to call or text 24/7 if I needed assistance or needed more linen. I really like how they provide free transportation to and from anywhere on the property. The views were very nice. It was very quiet and peaceful. The large shower with 2 shower heads inside our room was awesome. I was able to shower all 3 of my children at the same time. I love how kitchen necessities were provided like pots and pans so I could cook a nice meal for my family and eat dinner at the large dining room table. Overall everything was great.

They had a kids playground that was very nicely shady which was a pleasant surprise. Almost everything was in short walking distance which we enjoyed as we did not have to constantly load the family in the car to drive to the restaurants, pool, playground, etc.

“Fantastic resort for a family holiday”
The resort itself is very impressive, husband played golf and kids spent hours in the indoor pool (outdoor pool closed when we went in April)

Paid for 2 day stay and was told there was extra fees for room cleaning, they did include towel replacement at no cost. Also, very understaffed, we tried to use parts of facilities and they were closed even through they were noted they would be open.

“Very comfortable for a weekend and longer stay.”
Wonderfully large accommodation with extensive living room, desperate kitchen and master bedroom with robes. Has a fireplace that I wish we could light but no wood, likely not encouraged. Nice location. A river view round have been only nicer.

Fitness center needs urgent work and improvement of equipment. Hotel facilities require rennovation and uplift. Room service on request is unacceptable. Rooms are to be cleaned every day. Breakfast choice is disappointing.

“Inspite of the shortcomings, I will return. The overall property is beautiful.”
The male chief was excellent. He prepared a perfect omelette. However, please provide the female chief additional supervision. When I arrived to the omelette station, she was eating food out of her hand and stopped when she saw me. Then she immediately started to prepare my omelette without washing her hands. Further she rudely interrupted me as I told her of my choice ingredients. The omelette was overcooked. She realized that it was a poor omelette and gives to me saying if I don’t like it, she will do over. I didn’t have time or patience to wait. However, our server and hostess were very accommodating and pleasant.

The facility is very nice, but I wish we were a little closer to the main buildings. Loved the river pool and the restaurant right along the water. Enjoyed tennis and the fact that you can rent bikes right on property is great!
