“Pretty decent stay oveall, bit overpriced, needs improvements”

The location felt safe and quiet. The room was really clean. The staff were really nice and helpful. The king suite was spacious and pretty cozy. The linens were comfortable. Large TV. There are a lot of options around for food and shopping.

“Not what I expected...”

Let me start by saying that for a Suite, I expected much better. The room was just okay—nothing special. It appears larger in the pictures than it actually is. While the cleanliness was acceptable, it was clear that the staff lacked proper cleaning procedures. For example, during breakfast, someone was removing trash and pushing a trash cart right through the dining area—passing between guests who were trying to enjoy their meal. Speaking of breakfast, it was an absolute disappointment. Easily the worst hotel breakfast I’ve had in the U.S. The options were extremely limited and lacked any real nutritional value. For a hotel stay, especially one with "Suites" in the name, this experience fell far below expectations.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Room was modern and comfortable.

The size of the room, the facility (gym, swimming pool, game room, although I didn't use all of them), the cleanliness of the room including the bathroom. All are great and I love it! The parking space is also spacious.

“Lovely hotel in great location”

Gentleman on reception was so pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good and hotel decor is very appealing. Mexican Restaurant and BBQ place within walking distance. Great location for Busch Gardens, Water Country and Colonial Williamsburg.

When walked in , the hotel was smelling so good and very beautiful inside..FROM the moment we walked in we felt so much love from the staff..THE WHOLE HOTEL WAS AMAZING...WE WILL BE BACK...

Connivence to Williamsburg and Jamestown. We also enjoyed the hot tub. Breakfast was what we exsoected.

Good value for money. Easy parking. Convenient for visiting the historic triangle Friendly and helpful staff. Good sized room and plenty of storage. Comfortable beds. Small coffee machine, microwave and fridge we're handy. Breakfast included with the usual standard American options. Gets very busy.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a better than average hotel buffet, plenty of choice which changed every day. Ideal for the old town. Choice of walkable restaurants nearby.
