“great place to stay”
took my granddaughter for her first sleep over away from her mom and dad. We had a great time and we felt safe and everything was clean and well kept. the heated pool was wonderful and clean. lots of fun!

Room was comfortably sized. Bed comfortable and quite spacious. Enough utensils for a couple. Bathroom size was large and comfortable. Didn't feel suffocated. Overall ambience was good.

Absolutely loved the bed! Nice size room and bathroom. The grounds are well kept and we enjoyed the pool. Nice to take walk and just relax. Close to everything in Colonial Williamsburg.

“Patriots Place was enjoyable and central to everything in Williamsburg! Highly recommend!”
My room was great! So comfortable and clean and inviting. I loved the pool and the firepit! Everyone at check in was so helpful and pleasant! The location of the resort to Colonial Williamsburg was about 5 minutes and maybe 10 to Busch Gardens.

Ton of stairs is the only downfall. I wouldn’t be able to bring my mom but that’s not your fault. I’m sure it was built prior to ADA compliance.

“Location was excellent as it was within walking distance of my daughter's home.”
Walls thin, People above you ... could hear every step they took.. and hell could have been standing in the room when they participated in intimacy.
