“I didn’t get to stay there and from the looks of place it had a lot of issues going on”
I went to check in and had no where to stay so had to get another hotel. Employees were argueing amongst themselves one employee was very nice to me. And I still have not been refunded for one payment on one of my rooms.

“Bad staff. Bad room. Bad experience”
Room was given away. Got put into a room with no tv or fridge or anything really. Room was dusty and had webs in the corner. The room was clearly not supposed to have people there but it was really late and there were no other options. Mosquito bites all over my foot the next morning Was told the room would be free then the next morning was told that wasn't the truth

pool was closed and staff didn't know when it would be open, room door was hard to close had to slam it shut, just looked dirty

“I never stayed for 10minutes because I could barely breathe”
I could not even nap there. I asked for non smoking, they gave me a place I could not breathe. They said they didn’t have any other room available and have refused to refund me the money I paid.

“Awful- avoid this place until they get their act cleaned up.”
Nothing went well. We booked and had a confirmation- arrived at 9:45 pm and was told - sorry we don’t have a room for you - we are over sold. So at 10 pm at night after an 8 hour car ride we are scrambling to find another horse.

“Once we were able to get the room temp down it was comfortable and convenient.”
The location was good. It is close to the colonial area and a reasonable distance to Busch Gardens. The bed was comfortable and clean.
