“Clean, convenient motel”
Great location and a really big room and we had what we needed for the night. Next door to a BBQ place, but short drive to Williamsburg. Everything was clean, bed was comfortable and slept well.

Very nice host. Simple motel but it offered exactly what we wanted before we visited Busch Gardens the next day.

Altogether we found the place a basic motel with no extras. There was no continental breakfast - not advertised - the person at the registration desk was indifferent - not friendly. Answered any questions with single yes or no. the only good thing about this place was that it was close the place that we were attending i.e. Colonial Williamsburg. There are many places to stay at this town; had we known we would have selected a differen one. Perhaps the cost of an overnight stay would be the lowest but the so-called savings wasn't worth it.

“Great value, comfortable room.”
Comfy room, two good sized comfortable queen beds. Bar fridge and microwave was a bonus. Good sized TV. A coffee maker would have been good. Supplied a hair drier and iron when requested. Room is older style and a bit tired but met all our needs and very good value. Having the gas station two hundred metres away with food options and coffee was good. The Old City Smokehouse BBQ restaurant next door was brilliant.

“A simple, quiet, convenient and clean place to stay!”
This is a no-frills motel that seems to be family-owned, and it looks like they take great pride in it as the rooms are always comfy and clean, and I suspect they may have even renovated recently a little bit. The staff is friendly, and they have plenty of flyers in the front desk advertising coupons and things to do in the area. It’s very close to colonial Williamsburg, William and Mary, Busch Gardens, and Water Country.

“Wouldn’t go back”
Motel is pretty run down. Our room smelled musky, and had very old furnishings. We felt unsafe, ended up leaving a day early because we just weren’t comfortable there.
